Leading regenerative veterinary medicine company VetStem, Inc. is proud to announce a significant milestone in its continued commitment to advancing animal health. The company has now processed more than 17,000 patient samples, resulting in nearly 43,000 stem cell treatments for animals across the United States and Canada. As a pioneer in regenerative veterinary medicine, the San Diego-based company has been providing stem cell processing services to veterinarians and their patients for more than 20 years.
VetStem’s patented technology allows for the isolation and concentration of regenerative cells from a patient’s own adipose (fat) tissue, providing veterinarians with an additional treatment option for a variety of orthopedic and degenerative conditions. VetStem Cell Therapy is primarily used to treat musculoskeletal conditions such as osteoarthritis and injuries to tendons and ligaments in dogs, cats, and horses. In addition to domestic animals, VetStem has worked with multiple exotic animal organizations to provide stem cell therapy for several exotic species.
“Surpassing 17,000 processed patient samples and nearly 43,000 stem cell treatments is an incredible milestone for VetStem,” said Dr. Bob Harman, CEO and Founder of VetStem. “These numbers represent thousands of animals that have received regenerative medicine and the veterinarians who have trusted VetStem to support their patients. After more than 20 years, we remain committed to advancing regenerative veterinary medicine and expanding the ways these therapies can help improve the lives of animals.”
As VetStem looks toward the future, the company remains committed to advancing regenerative veterinary medicine through continued research, innovation, and collaboration with the veterinary community. With more than two decades of experience and nearly 43,000 stem cell treatments, VetStem continues to build on its clinical experience and expertise to provide veterinarians with innovative treatment options for their patients.
