VetStem has been providing commercial adipose-derived stem cell therapy services to veterinarians for over 13 years with over 13,000 animals treated. They pioneered the use of regenerative stem cells in veterinary medicine and continue to advance the technology. The primary uses for stem cell therapy include osteoarthritis, tendon and ligament injuries, fractures, and muscle injury in the horse, dog and cat, but new research is leading to application in many internal medicine areas such as dry eye and gingival stomatitis.
