Moose - Restricted walking and pain due to dysplasia and arthritic bone growth in both front legs

Image of Dog & Cat

Description of injuries - Restricted walking and pain due to dysplasia and arthritic bone growth in both front legs, with a grim prognosis of the condition continuing to worsen rapidly. The condition left Moose limping badly, decreasing mobility and with low patience for attention from other dogs - all the worse with him being only 7 years old!

Results - We were impressed by the ease of procedure, with little in the way of invasive surgery (primarily just the collection of a fat sample) which meant that our dog Moose was able to bounce back into normal life rapidly. Moose seemed to react to the stem cells quickly and we saw rapid improvements in his movement, mobility, agility and temperament. The improved conditioned plateaued with a gradual decline in improvement over proceeding months (much slower than the previous natural decline, and he is still in better condition than before the procedure).

He's a much happier dog and it's been a great relief to slow down the rate of damage and reassuring to know that we can get repeat stem cell therapy as needed from Moose's banked cells. Having previously had other surgery that required long periods of recuperation, we were greatly impressed with the stem cell treatment and would recommend it to pet owners (and for human when allowed)! - John
